Costco
Great Products but Insolent Staff at Brookfield Store

I am an Executive Club member of Costco and have been shopping at the Brookfield, CT store for the past 10 years.

The reason I do so is for the quality of its products and for the way Costco stands behind them.

But every time I visit the store I brace myself mentally. Costco's staff is rude, insolent and arrogant.

What an irony, Costco staff get better pay and benefits than Walmart but all my customer service horrors have been with Costco, not a single one with Walmart.

Latest encounter, I was at the electronics section of Costco and managed to snag an employee to ask some questions about the difference between Plasma and LCD.

I let out a fairly innocent statement that I like plasma just because they seem brighter.

The employee looked at me and suggested that if what I want is brightness then I should look at the sun.

On my way out I could not find a single sheet at the exit for customer feedback.
