I have being a Executive member of Costco for the last 10 years. When i went to Richmond, ca costco to buy some drugs the saleswoman was rude to me. When i said i want to buy Vitamin C and told her to check whether there is a Coupon, she said i should pbuy it to see. When i said i only want to buy if it is on coupon (sale) he refused and said she can not check that. This is very bad customer service and the customer is always right and should be trated as a king. I am very disapointed at this emplyee, s attitude and want costco to inquire about this.
