Saleswoman Refused to Check Coupon for Vitamin C Purchase

I have being a Executive member of Costco for the last 10 years. When I went to Richmond, CA Costco to buy some drugs the saleswoman was rude to me. When I said I want to buy Vitamin C and told her to check whether there is a Coupon, she said I should buy it to see. When I said I only want to buy if it is on coupon (sale) he refused and said she can not check that. This is very bad customer service and the customer is always right and should be treated as a king. I am very disappointed at this employee's attitude and want costco to inquire about this.
