After sending a detailed email to the CEO of Costco I was contacted and arrangements were made to replace the products I had ordered with a comparable product for the same cost. Costco appologized for the problems I had had and delivered the 2 double vanities within one week. The representative who finally resolved my issue continued to follow up with me until the the delivery was made and I am very satisfied with the outcome.
