I am very disappointed in Costco!!! I am ready to give up my membership and stop shopping once and for all... I purchased a VISIO PL about 125 days ago but unfortunately the sound stop working on the day 93 so, I called Costco and drove to the store to be turned down. I was asked to call Visio and so on… on... To make the long story short 27 days later, my mother still have no sound and Visio / Costco has not resolved the matter and is giving me nothing but run around. I can’t believe that Costco is willing to lose members for selling lousy products. I expect a TV to last at least 6 month not 125 days but apparently, according to Costco and Visio, I am having a very high expectation… how stupid of me to think that a TV should last 6 month!!! Here we are after spending thousands of dollars for the past 12 years, I just have to give up and join another club!!! My Case # 606140Shame on VISIO!!!
