Incomplete Work/Overcharge for Products

Instead of following my request to look into old laptop problem, Malek set up network switch between two laptops that I did NOT need. My new laptop was messed up that tailored him. His advantage was an annual service contract. I was overcharged for the products. He refused to provide an original receipt showing the cost of Netgear desktop switch and cables. The next day I sent Malek an email with my disappointment with his services. He suggested that we met again the following wek. But I have not heard back frhom him. I sent two certified letters, returning the products to his office in December. I want my money back for his incomplete work and false charges. -$320.00
