THEY FORGOT ME - bad manager/incorrect food

I went to the drive thru as usual and when they told me to pull forward i thought nothing of it. My order was not that hard. Anyway i waited for 15 minutes while i watched other cars drive away with their food before i went in. When i walked up to the counter the mngr asked me if they messed up my order. I said no they didn't even give it to me. Then she said oh they forgot you and took my reciept to make my order while the drive thru workers made excuses about waiting on a big mac. I told them it was unacceptable and it had better be right this time. She gave me my order and said have a nice day i told her i certainly would not to which she replied oh would you like a job very sarcasticly and the whole crew started to laugh and the worst part is that when i got home she had forgot to put my fries in the bag. I live to far away to go back for 2 fries and when i tried to call 3 times i got no answer. This is more than unacceptable and i certainly do not need a job at mcdonalds i have been at my job for 15 yrs is it company policy to humiliate and deride customers when we pay their salaries
