Loyal customer - drive thru

I am a loyal and twice a day customer. I eat breakfast there and when my son gets out of school @ 3:40 pm i always go by and get him a Happy Big Kids Meal. I live like 5 minutes from this Mc Donalds. This Mc donalds is located at 2925 Barker Cypress #31387. My complaint is after waiting in line today in the Drive Thru 11-15 @ 15:54 pm i pay get my order an when almost out of the parking lot i noticed that my small fries are not in the bag. I go back and park, to go in since tha line is very long in the drive thru. I take my bag and reciept to the counter nside and tell the lady that i did not recieive my small fries, She relays this to the Lead person/supervisor, and she asts as if i would drive back there park and get out to ask for free small fries. This is the second time in i week that this has happened and when i go back to get my fries the mgr acts like i am trying to steal something. If i pay i should get what i pay for. You mean to tell me that if a BLACK person comes in the store to ask for what he has paid for the hispanic female mgr crew leader thinks that he wants something for free??? This is poor Customer Service, should i have told her that i would pay for another order of fries? She said something to her cashier in spanish and then finally she gave me my 1 dollar order of fries... Wow maybe if the cashier at the window would fully check the bag before giving it to the customer. Then this issue would already be resolved. Lioneljbrooks@sbcglobal.net
