Manager's refusal to take responsibility

On 1/8 I filled the tank of my car with gasoline. I obtained a receipt for $21.88. When I arroved home within an hour my account activity indicated I had a $76.00 debited to my account. Yesterday which was 1/9 I went back to the station but the manager would not take responsibility. He was defiant saying "It is not my problem". Hie finally relinquished telling me I would receive my money back.By this morning I find thtat there is stll the original charege for $76.00 plus the charge of $21.88.. I don't know for sure if all of the original charge will be debited back to my account. I have discussed this with my bank. If there should be any problem resolving the situation, they will take care of it.
