Unauthorized Charge to Card

I went to the gas station I have bought gas at weekly for 15 years. I ran my card and put in the info. Put the pump into my gas tank and BEFORE I ever Pumped 1 drop into my tank, a receipt came out with my name, address, and information saying I had pumped 4.478 gallons at a cost of $15.00!

I went into the store and explained to the clerk that I hadn't pumped ANY gas yet. My tank was empty. She said it was showing I had. I invited her out to watch me fill my tank up as I usually did. I have an Equinox and my bill is $42-$45. I I was telling the truth, I certainly could not put %=$60 in my car! My tank is not that big. She wouldn't listen, just repeating that I had bought $15 worth of gas. I left and went to another station, (NOT EXXON) and purchased $42 worth of gas. They have lost a regular customer. I am telling everybody I know how rude and dishonest they were. I also went to the Exxon website hoping to tell them, but there no place to issue complaints. I guess they are so big, they don't care.
