Graniterocktops terminated/layed-off on the 7th of December... Really?

I was an employee at the brooklyn hts ohio store pretty much from day 1, and worked up till dec 19th. I have been searching online to find more info on just what happened seeing as nobody in macomb is answering any calls and have left everyone in the dark. I found this report #404655 here on usacomplaints.com and decided to call adp totalsource who all but said yes everone was terminated as of dec 7th... Really? I was there dec 19th at the brooklyn hts store when we were told to close the doors and turn in our keys rocktops is no longer.

We all as employees cannot stand by and allow this company to just take our paychecks and lie about our time we worked. Not only that but this action also blocks all of us from collecting unemployement. This has to be criminal and we should have some recourse. When i spoke with adp they agreed that this seemed fishy and opened an investigation. I suggest all employees follow this corse of action as a start, and also feel we should all pool together and file a case with an attorney before they file chapter 7.
