DGE Services Kathy Skiba ripoff!

I worked for a company last year for Approx 4 Years. The name of the Company was DGE INC. They sent us this e-mail on the 19th of Dec.

Dear Employee,

In case we weren't able to reach you on Friday when we tried to call, we regret to inform you that we have a conflict with our lender, Citizens Bank. At this time we are unable to resolve the conflict. Therefore, we are at this time, unable to cover payroll. We have to inform you that you will not be paid for your services for the time being.

We invite you to a meeting on Monday, December 22 at 2:00 PM in our 2900 Technology Drive building in Rochester Hills.

This was after the employees had worked two weeks and their checks bounced and if you had direct deposit they went back into your account and pulled the money back. Example: I have Direct Deposit and my check was in my account on Thursday (Dec 18th) morning and is was still in my checking account Friday AM. Friday (Dec 19th) around 12:00 noon they went into my account and pulled out the money. DGE INC has filed Chapter 11 in the Detroit District Bankruptcy court case #03-75415-S. All the employees filed with the court and we went to a creditors hearing on 2-2.

At this hearing we were told we were not employees of DGE INC (Owner Francis Lavoie) and we were employees of DGE Service (Owner Kathy Skiba). DGE Service is still open for business and did not file chapter 11 yet. Most of us employees are out at least 2 weeks of pay plus our holiday pay and any vacation time owed to us. Can you please help us approx 90 -100 employees get our money that is due to us? I have all my paperwork and would be glad to share it with you. My paychecks from last year were from DGE Services and so was my W2.

PS - Francis Lavoie is the father of Kathy Skiba...

To date they have still not paid their employees for the work they preformed over a year ago. These two people should rot in hell for what they did. For lying to all the employess like they did.
