I contract Remax true Advantage to manage my rental home, Mr Alfred Simmons since the begining he broke the contract, he rent the house for less money and with a pet (big dog) and overcharges and repairs that was not necessary, i send them a termination letter to terminate contract and they are refusing to give up my house. He send me an email tellilng me not to contact him again and that he is not terminating the contract. I contact his broker Philip Jones but was not help he just a crooked like Simmons.
