Went online to apply for a small loan and then chnged my mind and I cancelled it out. The next thing I know both companies have taken money out of my Bank account and they still are. Help

I went online to try and get a small loan and when I got almost finished with the application after giving my information I decided I did not want to get the loan so I thought I canceled everything. Then when I went to my Bak and got a print out of December I started seeing withdrawls tht I did not make.

I went back into my bank and got the print out of the 4 checks that were cashed using fake checks that were in my name and the bank gave me phone numbers so I could call them and when I tried they just kept me onhold and after 5-10 minutes waiting a computer person came on and stated that all customer service people were very busy and to go online to give them my information on what I wanted.
I have tried to do that and I have had no luck at all.

I called Theft Protect Service and the lady there told me that I signed for this payday loan and I could no way get my money back to go and file a police report. She did give me a cancellation number but I told her that I did not get a loan and that I had canceled it before finishing the loan. She told me too bad no refund.

I had taken out all the money from my account on the 30th of December and left $4.34 in there and I called on the 31st to check my balance and another withdrawl had been taken out again and it made me over drawn and then I was charged a fee for that one.

I tried to talke to the bank and they said I had to file a report first and in all they have gotten over $200 dollars and another time in November they got me for $170.00. This has got to stop because it is not fair to a person who is on diability and having a hard time to even pay her bills and people like tht just go and take your money for what?

That money was to pay for my monthly medicines that I need and to pay my rent and to eat for the month. Do they not have a concience? Is this what a person has to look forward to? I just want what is rightfully mine, thats all.

I only hope you can help me get back what was taken from me wrongfully.

The name of the person who took the last money out of my account is "USA Benefits Center 800-809-5986.12/31/08for $49.95 and on 12/16 USA Beneifts (Starter Credit Direct) took out $99.00, the same company. Last Chance Cash Advance took $31.85 on 12/12. Then I have two checks from Pay Day Loan Resource Center for the amt. Of $17.93 twice-12/12/08&12/13/08. This is not right at all. Something really needs to be done to STOP this.
