Theft Protect Service, Online Resource Center, Protected ID MGT
Fraudulent Online Payday Loan Withdrawl

I applied for an online payday loan, and it turns out that this or these companies take your information to withdraw small amounts of money out of your account each month. For myself, the Theft Protect Service company took out $33.98, but because I didn't have enough money in the bank I accrued overdrawn charges. When I called the young lady I spoke to said that I must have agreed to the charges when I made the application!

I think I would know whether or not I applied and agreed to pay $33 a month for some Identity Theft Service, how ironic is this situation?! I told the young lady that I wanted my money back and she told me they do not refund, that if I wanted a refund I would have to file a FRAUDULENT report! I couldn't believe she actually told me that! I told her they'll be hearing from my lawyer!

The other company, Online Resource Center is the same, they took $17.97 and I again accrued overdrawn charges. The Protected ID MGT also took 33.98 and I AGAIN accrued overdrawn charges! I called these places and the customer service rep was so hard to understand, but supposedly she cancelled my account and I wouldn't be charged any more, but she told me that if I wanted a refund that I would have to go online and make a dispute and after 30-45 days, IF after THEY investigate and agree that it was fraud, they would refund my money!

I checked online for addresses, but these people don't have any address to be found. Actually, the Online Resource Center and the Protected ID MGT make you wait so long to even get onto their website you give up just to even go online! I couldn' t even see their website. I went to my bank right away and filed fraudulent cases on all of these places and will be contacting my lawyers about this also. These companys are bogus and should be reported as soon as you find these charges! Don't let them get away with your money!
