Too Spicey for Someone with Stomach Problems

I purchased a Tyson's Beef Stew with Vegetables Kit from Walmart in Panama City Beach, Florida and prepared it today as per the instructions. I was really upset to discover that this item is loaded with pepper or something else which causes burning to the mouth. Although quite tasty, this should be marked as a spicey dish and not recommended for those with digestive problems. After all, it is beef stew and not beef chili. I just hope that I don't have stomach problems later.
