Refused Refund

I Signed up for a Payday Loan "Last Chance Payday Loan" I refused the loan. However, I was signed up for a Id Theft Protection (which I did not want) and the company started taking $31.98 out of my account from the information I gave when I filled out the payday loan application. My phone was disconnected and I was unable to get my bank information when I did I called and cancelled this service. I informed them this "sign-up" was an error I did not want their services I wanted a payday loan. From December until May I have been charged $31.98. My refund was refused I don't know why. Owners name is Jay Thomas this is the second address.
