Overcharge/unfair billing - heating oil

Farm&Home decided for early termination, change their rate two month before the end of one year before, added $200 fine early termination while they were the one that who breached the contract. They charge me $105.00 taxes on 4 delivery (I never charged taxes by other oil companies), they charged me $602.00 for furnace repair included $139.00 overtime. However, the amount of gallons was beyond the average use.in one month of January 31/08, they charged me $627.30 $200.00 fine.
