It is so SAAAADDDD that this company is still in business. I was working in the Mailroom, as a verifier, verifying year book orders, and felt scammed the whole time. To begin, when I was offered the job, I was asked if I was able to learn new things fast and reliable because I would be trained on several things really quick. I told them that I was and ready to start. I started working the next day. I was also told that I would be working Monday thru Friday, and No weekends.

The second day on the job Juanita walks around with a clip board asking everyone to sign up for saturday telling us thats its optional, but if we say no then they will draft up a memo making it manditory. After about a month they started asking for sundays, and made saturday mandatory. WHAT A SCAMM!!!

Now secondly, I was never trained on anything else like I was told in the Interview, and was forced to sit outside the office alone and verify yearbook orders. Now Jostens is the Yearbook contract that Holden has and is very pricey. When students order personalization on the yearbooks we were told to type it just the way we saw it, but all the SCAMMERS are on different pages so we were being yelled at almost everyday for what one SCAMMER told us to do.

Now the BIG SCAMMER IS EBEN LOFLAN he has been with Holden for 6 years, and basically does whatever whenever. He told us to just type it however and send it through, because we needed to process alot and that was the only way to get it done, so parents are paying anywhere from 14.00 dollars to 500.00 (Special Pages from Mommy and Daddy) dollars for these yearbooks and the kids names are being spelled wrong and personalization incorrect.

Now here comes the BIGG SCAMM Jostens was getting several complaints on personalization, Name spellings, and untimely delivery (I personally read one letter from irate parent) so Jostens set a date of inspection to determine contract renewal with Holden. When Jostens came we were told by Mr. BIG SCAM HISELF to hide several documents and mail inorder to save the contract. Now because of US the employees, hiding documents from Jostens the scammers got to stay in business. What a big Mistake.

FINALLY after about 1mo 1/2 I was moved from verifying to the mail room to be a Scanner and was told by Juanita to pull mistakes and give to appropriate employee. After giving the mistakes back to the employee's they were unhappy, telling me that I was wrong and that they werent making the mistakes, and started telling Hector I was being rude, and throwing their mistakes at them. EBEN then told me to leave them alone and dont worry about their mistakes and took it to Hector. He brought it to my attention, and because I was instructed to do that by Juanita I was fed up with their CRAP and requested a meeting. I brought it to the attention of Hector and Patty Cameron in our meeting of what I saw going on, especailly all that EBEN LOFLAN (BIG SCAMMER) was doing. We were told that because of credit card information we were not allowed to use cell phones, but EBEN LOFLAN (BIGG BIGG SCAMMER) walked around taking breaks whenever, and on his PDA all the time. At one point Juanita (Another Supervisor) needed him to do something and he told her to shut up that he was busy (ON THE PHONE).

After I let the cat out of the bag I was afraid that I would be treated badly by EBEN AND JUANITA so I let Hector know my concerns, and he assured me that wouldnt happen. The very next day (Hector's day off) I was taking off my new job by Juanita in mail room and put back outside to verify yearbook orders. Now because I am a breast feeding mother and couldnt produce milk for my infant because of all the stress and SCAMMING and only for that reason I decided to put in my 2 week notice. I gave Patty my reasoning for the 2 week notice, and she responded by say "THATS THE RISK YOU TOOK WHEN ASKING FOR A MEETING") Now in all the company's I have ever worked for if you had a problem you took it to the supervisor and the problem would be solved, but this is no company this is a SCAMM so my problem was never taken care of. Patty then stated to me that there was no need for the 2 week notice and that I was to leave that day, so I quit but really I was fired I needed that 2 weeks to look for a job.

Now I am unemployed and cant provide for my daughter because I chose to feed her. I have so much much MUCH MUCH more to say, but it would take a whole book. So if your in need of a job and you come accross HOLDEN MSS run RUN RUN RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! This company needs to be stopped and soon. This the worst Company I have ever seen.
