11/26 Delivery guys deliver table after timeframe that was given I was told that the table would be deliver between 1-3 pm on 11/26 they table didn't arrive until after 4pm on 11/26. The table was deliver damble with a dent in the middle of the table, the table was scratched, also the table was off center. One of the delivery man was rude he stop working on putting up my table to watch my tv the other delivery male had to tell him to watch tv when he get home he waited a second then started back working. I showed the delivery men the damage wrote the table was damage on the receipt I also Called the store directly and talked to Hector. Called Hector @ 4:25pm 11/26 adv that the table was damaged took pics written that table was damaged on receipt

Hector called me back @ 2:58 pm 11-29-12 his called was missed he left me a message I called him back at 3:03 and left a message he called me back at 3:04 we talked he said he is expecting the table to be in on before Wednesday 12-5-12 he said it the table should be deliver on Monday or Tuesday he said he will call me. Called ended @ 3:05pm 11-29-12
Called Hector back on 12-5-12 @ 10:22 am no answer - answering machine pick up... Didn't leave a message. Calles back same day @ 10:23am left message for Hector 1 minute long called ended @ 10:24am
Called Hector @ 12:20 pm 12-7-12 ask him about the table he that it came in today and he will squeeze me in tommorow. He said because he has so many deliviers he will call me tomorrow and we will work out something. Call ended @ 12:21pm.
I still haven't heard back from Hector as of 12/11 regarding the table no replacement table has been delivered.
