Lease finance group is a fraudlent company chicago

Year 2005 in Nov a sales person from Lease finance group came to my business and tried to convince me about the phone card machine. He told me that lots of people are using the machine and doing good business and this machine is better then paper phone cards and you can instantly get the phone card for the customer. I ask him the terms and conditions. The sales person explain to me that i have to pay 89.95 in monthly basis and the lease will be for 36 months and if you are not satisfied there is no obligation we will relocate this machine. The sale person also gave me the rate sheet for phone cards and commission what i will get back for selling the phone cards.
Within 3 hours he bring one machine and try to hook it up I told the sales person there is no contract no leasde paper how you can install it?
He show me the contract paper which was all in a very very unreadable short fonts two pages. I refused to take the machine and refuse to sign any contract which I can not read. The sales person then call his are manager and told him the situation. The person from lease finance group then told me this is promotional and if you are not satisfied we will relocate the machine. I told the sales person that this contract says its a non cancellable lease. He then again talk to some one in lase finance group and the person again asured me this is normal we will not hold you responsible. So i gave them my bank account # for ACH debt MY home address and my ss# and sign the lease. I got this machine installed and the first week I found out that they tricked me on this. The machine leasing company is different and the software for phone cards on the machine is different. There is no way i can use any other company software. The sales person gave me rate sheest that on phone cards cards I can get from 3 to 27% commission which did not happen. After 2 weeks I call the sales person that the commission for phone cards you promise and the sheets you gave me does not match. He call the company and they told him we will fix that which never happened. I keep on calling the sales person and this lease finance group and the phone cards company that where is the correct commission that you promised. For two months they gave me run around. Then finally I call the sales person and told him I am going to report him for fraud he then came and take the machine and when he was at my business I talk to Lease finance group they said it ok we are going to relocate this machine.
After that they never send any ACH to my account. After like 2 months Lease finance group send me a bill that I have terminated the lease early so i have to pay them the full amount of $3094.42. I call the lease finance group and explain them the situation. The lady I talk to was so rude she was talking bad and keep telling me read the contract. After that they never send me a bill but they started reporting on my credit report this account as chargoff and status ad early termination money owing. Its been long time I have been suffering on the hands of these fraud lease finance company dont know what to do. I call the credit bureaus and they are basically the tool for these bad companies to make fraudlent money. They refused to erase this account. Attorny general should take care of this fraud company they are ripping off small businessess
