Lease Finance Group Ripping me off and lots of new businesses that eager to accept credit cards. This can't be legal! Ripoff

CIT, a division of Lease finance Group is a crooked company full of deceit and lies. Unless you want to get took to the cleaners stay away from this company. Not only did the company have a high pressure sales rep that told me that the non-cancellable lease was just a small formality and that I could cancel if I felt that I was not happy with the machine. The company took way more out of my account then they ever were supposed to. Extra fees started showing up here and there and they never had the right to take more than they said. I used my machine 3 times in 4 months and called to cancel my lease and I was instructed that I was stuck with it, like it or not. Every person I tried to talk to there got very hateful and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I got hung up on every time. I could also hear other operators in the background arguing and fighting with customers. I have put a block againt them from accessing my account but they are harrasing me and I'm not sure what to do about them.

This cannot be legal business practice in America. The consumer should have some line of defense. Please send Info if you have had problems with them as well, and we can discuss this company further. They also told me that any legal action would take place in ILL. And the lease was signed in MO. And I also live in MO. Beware of this Company—CIT—Merchant Services Inc. A division of Lease Finance Group.
