I was suppose to received a package of subscription movies for free until the end of this year. I called in Sep and talked with Kay. Why me because I had installed Verizon Fios in May. When I realize in September I was not receivin g this i called. Now they have charge me for this service. I refuse to pay. I call and they put me on hold. They reconize my number if I call on a false number they will take my call. They won't speak with me. How do I take care of this if they won't take with me. Help please
