I have been a member since 2002. Tired of not being able to use my miles for where I need to go. This week I tried to book a flight 10 MONTHS IN ADVANCE and couldn't do it. It's the same old story every time. People are forced to use them for places they really have not desire to go or not to use them at all. Really 10 months in advance and can't get flights any day, time or month!!!
