There was a phone number on the check i called that number i spoke with the man from costumer service i told him i didnt not authorize that check. He then in return said do you want arefund i said yes i do. He said it will take about 21 days to get the refund.

He said when you return the welcome package back to us plus your bank statement we will issue you a refund. I said i havent received no package he said that you should get it in a few days. Now it is feb 7 still no welcome package. I called the phone # again on this date now the phone # is no longer in service. So how can i go about getting my money back. Can you help me.
