Freeline Fidelity
Rip-off

Business & Finance

In September arepresentaive of Freeline Fidelity contacted me about a credit card that gives you cash advances and when you repay the loan it goes on your credit as a paid off loan. I was told that they would send me a package that would have a check for $500.00 to deposit into my checking account before they debited it so it would pay for itself.

On October 2 Freeline Fidelity debited my account in the amount of $299.00 and when I contacted them on October 4 they said that the package was in the mail an must have gotten delayed.

The package finally arrived with no check in it the first week of November.in the package was forms that needed to be filled out. I filled out the forms and sent them to the company. I contacted the company again and they said it was the wrong form and the would fax over the correct form. I never recieved the fax. I again contacted them. On December 2 I recieved a fax and filled out the new form and sent it back, at this time I was told that I would recieve the credit card in 10 to 15 days. I never recieved the card. On December 27th I tried to contact the company again and got a message stating that they would be closed until January 6 for the holidays.

On January 7 I spoke with a man by the name of Robert Parker said that it was a garuntee that I would recieve the card by January 17. I never recieved the card. I again called the company on January 21 and spoke with a man by the name of Jason Wilx who said the card was mailed out on the week of January 13 and I should recieve it by January 31.

If I did not recieve the card by January 31 he would return our money within 24 hrs. I called the company again on January 31 to find out that they had gone out of business and there was no futher way to get in touch with them. It is now way to late for my bank to place any type of stop payment on this transaction. I got Ripped Off.
