$297 Drafted After Cancelling and Returning Receiver, No Refund

I cancelled my service because we are like most Americans, cutting back because we can't afford it. I sent my receiver back and paid my bill in full. The very next day, $297.00 was drafted out of my account without my authorization.
It has been close to a month since this happened and I still haven't received my money back. I keep getting the runaround that it is being processed. I have had to call three times. The first time I called, the request for my refund was never even put in. The customer service is horrible. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she wouldn't even come to the phone.
I keep getting the runaround but no refund. This has messed up my checking account and caused other checks to bounce, and I'm being charged $20.00 per action on my account. I wish I had never chosen them.
