Took out $ of my fiances acct wo authorization then tried to deny that i said no u cant take my money and they did anyway ripoff

First off id like to say that there are very RUDE customer associates at Pentagroup Financial! They have my debt and after me speaking to them i said "Do Not do anything with my acct im not paying anything right now, please quit calling"!

Well that was Friday the 27th. On Monday the 30th I checked my fiances checking acct and there was a withdrawl of $250.00 that i did not authorize and my fiance did not either being that that is HIS checking acct and didnt authorize anything to be withdrawn!!! I then called the company and talked to the woman who has been dealing with my acct. She said I did authorize the payment, but cancelled the next 4 payments with the company.

I said NO, i wouldnt be making a big deal about this if that was true. She kept saying i was lying. Finally i had enough and asked to speak with her supervisor. He got on the phone and said "Ma'am I have it stated here (written down) that you okd the draft. I said NOOOOO, shes giving false accusations against me and I said "Let me speak to your supervisor"!

By then i was pretty upset and crying. Ive never had to deal with people or cmpany like this that STOLE from not even my acct but my fiances acct! I spoke to the BIG SUPERVISOR and he said "Ma'am i deal with "ACTORS" all day on matters like this, but I am willing this time to ok that your right. I am now waiting on my $250.00 ckeck to be sent back to me! And for now on im suppost to be dealing with HIM ONLY and not that crazy woman who tried to steal from me and my fiance! Thank you to the BIG MAN!
