Drafted my checking account for too much money - home phone service

My bill generated Oct 24th. I looked at the amount that they were to draft my acct for and it was $654.90!!! It was only supposed to be $65.49!!! I called on the 24th to notify that this was an error. They said they corrected it and this would not be drafted from my acct. This morning I was angry to find out they drafted the higher amt and caused my mortgage payment to bounce. I called them immediately and they informed me they corrected the error and would issue a credit immediately today. When I called back to verify this they changed their story and told me that the refund would take a minimum of 2 weeks! I requested a supervisor 3 different times and each time I get the same thing. They will call me back. Guess what, no phone calls yet!!! This is robbery. I have 4 children and now cant get groceries for them to eat! I dont get paid again till next Friday. Please help me!!!
