Scam Artist

I ordered the Third Watch series Almost a month ago. They sent me a tracking number, but when I called Fedex to track it they said a label was made online but nothing was ever shipped. It still hasn't been shipped. I asked for a refund and was assured the money would be put back on my card... It was not. It has been a month since I ordered the DVD, and 5 days since I was promised a refund.
If I get my refund I will be glad to retract my report, but unfortunately I don't think that's gonna happen. Clearly they were never planning on sending the product.
