I ordered a coat and tshirt to be shipped to Germany. What they got was NOT what I ordered and when I asked for a refund and a fedex or ups label to ship it back to them I was told instead they would try their best to give me first a 3% then a 5% refund and a discount on my next order. And I was reponsbile for shipping it back to them at MY cost.
