I ordered three t-shirts from this store online and five days later had still not received notice that they had shipped the package or a tracking number. I called to inquire if my order had been shipped and the girl on the phone said yes, it shipped on the 18th. I told her, no, that is the day I ordered it and asked if they usually email a tracking number once it has shipped and she said "well, it did ship on the 18th and we don't send out a tracking number". So later that night I was checking my email and fanfire.com sent me a tracking number and said that my order just shipped (on the 23rd), so obviously the girl on the phone was lying to me or just too lazy to find out what was going on. A couple of days later I called Fedex with the tracking number to try to find out what day my order would get here so I could be home for it. They told me that a label was printed, but they had not received the order from Fanfire, so I needed to talk to them. I called Fanfire and told them what Fedex said and they told me that it did, in fact, ship on the 23rd, and maybe they have not updated it in their system yet. I waited a couple days and called again. They kept telling me that it shipped on the 23rd and this time I insisted that Fedex did not have it and I want to know where it is. After holding for a few minutes, the Fanfire employee got back on the phone and told me that she doesn't know why there was a miscommunication between them and Fedex, but they do not know where my package is. She said that she would put in an acceleration order so that the "technical team" can try to find my package. I asked how long it would take and she said she didn't know. Today, I called and spoke to the same person. She told me that she would put in another acceleration order, but that is all she could do. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me that there wasn't one. I said "are you telling me that there is not one person in charge there that I can talk to" and she placed me on hold for a few minutes and then got back on the phone and told me no there was not. I said, "okay, who do these acceleration orders go to?" She said a Technical Team that will investigate. I asked who was in charge of them and could I get their number or speak to them and she said no. So I said, "so you are basically telling me that all I can do is sit around and wait and hope that maybe my order will turn up eventually after you have already charged me $80?" and she started getting annoyed and said "yes, there is nothing I can do!" I asked for a refund and she said that all she can do is submit a request saying that I would like them to consider giving me a refund! Unbelievable. I have never seen a company like this. PLEASE do not shop here. I wish I would have looked at this website and seen the other complaints before I ordered from them. I called my bank and filed a dispute with them, so hopefully I will get my money back, at least. What kind of company has no one in charge of the employees or keeps telling you that your order has shipped days ago, when you just got off the phone with Fedex and you know it hasn't!?!
