We purchased TV. It was faulty. Returned and they refused refund and did not replace

We purchase 1 22 inch outdoor Television from them. When it arrived the HDMI input did not work. We returned it so they had it back within 30 days approx. They refused to refund monioes and said they would replace. They promised they would ship when there next shipment from China arrived. It took so long I told them I would buy from someone else which I did and went to American Express requesting a charge back. Lammensco stated their policiy was if they did not get it back in 5 days no refund is due and they would replace. They inferred they had shipped a replacement. I have sent them 8 emails requesting tracking information and proof of delivery. We NEVER received a replacement and they are refusing to communicate. They want to keep our $1339 and never deliver a working TV.
