They try to get you to buy the buy 2 get 2 for $159. I said no deal, just let me try a 30 day supply. The cost was $90. They said it will ship in two weeks. They charged my card 24 hours after I placed the order. 33 days later, nothing arrived. Customer service is almost impossible to get through and they play real bad music on hold just so you don't hang on long. Then finally I got through and said my shipment never arrived and I want to cancel and get my money back. They said the package shipped on the day after I placed the order but they had no tracking number nor proof of delivery. Regardless, they refused to return my money unless I returned the shipment that I never got. Nice huh? I requested to talk to a supervisor and they refused.
