Gad Mergui Sent defective merchandise. Took merchandise back but refused to provide working items or refund money

I ordered 4 Speco Video Cameras from Mergui / Vision.
Three weeks later they arrived, with no protective wrap; just the boxes
provided by manufacturer. Three of the cameras worked, the 4th did
not. When I reached seller several days later, he agreed to replace.

I returned camera via DHL to Canada, yet seller refused to accept shipment for
two weeks. After many emails & calls he accepted the shipment and
said he would refund my money. Calls and emails later he told me he
reshipped and "to get lost". We I tracked the shipping number
showed a delivery to a city / state other than mine.

Bottom line is that he took back the defective camera and refused to replace it
or to refund my money.

Do not do business with this guy.
