I noticed on my bank account today that I had an illegal authorization on my bank account. I called the phone number that was on my statement and I waited for customer service. A woman named "Sandra" answered and she said she would cancel the membershipg and refund my $14.95 within 2 business days. I'll have to wait to see if she is truthful. She did give me her employee number.
