Unauthorized deductions from check card from both companies

After going over bank statement, noticed that Home Plus and Discount Fun Clu withdrew $14.95 ea. From account
My spouse thought I bought something and vise versa
after going over statements this has been going on for 7 mos.
Neither one of us authorized this. When I called the 800 phone no. It was a different company name. I only got recording wanting a member number or account number from checking acct. How could I have a member number if i never authorized this? Wasn't about to give checking account number.
How can these companies withdraw without authorization?
Is this how they stay in business STEALING!!!
I went to their website and sent a very ugly email, now we'll just wait and see how it comes out. It ain't over I want refund refund refund
