Cashiers don't count change back

I offered $j100 to cashier to get a $12.92 purchase and he or she plunked the change in my own hand. She was occupied speaking with various other team issue to pay for any focus on me. I devote lots of cash in your shop and also have plenty of bills to show it. Often over $100.00 a visit. I'd such as the cashier to rely out my change and so I do not have to. Thankyou for hearing.
