Take the money and run

I signed up with these people and handed over $3500.00 for their service. They did nothing to help. They said they could get my $35,000 bill with my lender down to $10,000. After getting my money they supposedly "went to work". After only a week they said they could not help me because the lender wouldn't give me a break on the $35K so I was due a refund—a lot of good that does me. They told me they tried to reach my lender on several occassions but I found out that they only faxed the lender once and called them only once. The negotiator said she called several times but that was a lie.

They also sat on my file for almost a month before they even looked at it. Everytime I called to get a status they told me I didn't exist or hadn't paid my fee yet—liars.

After appling for a refund I called the lender and they reduced what I owed to $25k, what liars at USFR. That was a month ago and I've tried to reach this Caesar Lopez, who is the ONLY one who can get me my refund, to find out what is happening to my money. I've called several times and he is either in a meeting, not in his office or refuses to return my calls. More stinking lies. I can't get to the boss because he is NEVER in and the receptionist is in on the scam—blocking you to get past only a certain few people.

These people are ripoff artist. Anyone who sends them money is a fool. Don't do it. I don't think anyone who works for them has an honest bone intheir bodies.
