Loan Modification ripoff Or Williamsburg

This company told me they could help me with a loan modification. They said they would contact my lender within 48=72 hours after I faxed all my information. After a month I realized they had not contacted my lender even though they told me several times they had. They contacted me almost 2 months after I paid and said they thought I was going to be denied. They tried to tell me it was going to cost me 1500 more dollars. I found out they haven't even talk to my bank to find out if I was going to be denied. I also found out that I didn't even qualify for a loan modification. They planned from the begginning to scam me out of my money. I have asked for a refund but no one will return my emails or calls. I am having to file a formal compliant and contact other people to work me to get my mpney back.
