By accepting their terms and conditions in order to receive your free bottle of Acai Berry, you automatically agree to a home delivery in the amount of approximately $74.76. You have 10 days to cancel the home delivery or they charge whatever credit card you use to pay for the shipping and handling of the free bottle.

The additional product may be returned, but only if returned within 30 days of the original order of the free product. For example, we ordered the free bottle on 8/15. The auto home delivery was charged on 8/26. The last return date is 9/14. However, it may take up to 3 weeks for the shipment to arrive.

In all probability, the product will not even be received before the last return date.

All of this information is buried in their terms and conditions, that most people will either not take the time to read or will not understand if they do! The fact that this information is included in their terms and conditions, probably makes it "legal", but it certainly is unethical! In addition, it has taken me almost 2 weeks to get through to the support number they make available.
