Sent items I did not order or want and charged my credit card without authority

I contacted the customer service center for Viaprin, rip off Pharmazone Labs. I explained when I called, I didn't want anything else except the free trial and was willing to pay the $9.41 for the ship and handling, That's all! The representative refused to hear me and hung up on me. I am going to notify the Attorney General's office and all the radio stations I hear this rip off company advertised on. Then the BBB.
