I'm usually very careful, but I've been fooled and am victim to a scam. I was sucked into what I thought was a 'free bottle' of the product - that's what it says on the website. Sure enough, 14 days later I was charged for the bottle. It wasn't really a free trial. It's, 'we'll give you the bottle for 14 days', and if you like it, we're gonna charge you for the bottle'. The additional charge is not for additional product. Of course the email addresses and phone numbers on the site and terms and conditions are invalid. I did manage to find a number 888-447-6613 and spoke to an incompetent person who couldn't even explain the scam.in any event, I demanded cancellation, as you are automatically enrolled in the subscription and demanded confirmation of the cancellation. My credit card company is on alert and has been made aware of this.

The terms and conditions do not make any reference to the free trial product. I have noticed since I ordered that they have added a disclaimer at the bottom of the page which was not there before.
