Fathers Choice said they would refund our money if it was ok'd by Pat Walsh California california

We were told that since we did not need their services as we were just getting started we would get our $200.00 back we paid into them if Mr Waslh ok'd it. We have spoke to him 3 times and it was supposedly ok'd but it has been a week now and we still have not seen it yet. Good luck getting someone to answer your calls it all seems good at first but sours quickly.

Note to anyone online you can usually find the forms you need online to file and do it yourself. Florida is a great state for doing that just go to the florida county clerk and get everything ya need. Out of state no problem send them the things you need to file and get it notarized and overnight it.

We will also be calling the attorney general in the morning as we cannot afford to lose this much money with 5 kids at home already. And a child in Florida who is in desperate need of his father. It is really cruel for people to toy with you like this over your children. If a suit is brought up people should get reimbursed for their suffering it is apparent it is all about the money to these guys there is no heart here and certainly no rush to call you back.

If by any chance we hear from them by tommorrow i will write again but i'm not expecting it to happen. A weeks pay is alot to lose with 5 kids and we are desperately sacrificing to see and save another child and are to the point of losing our home In the trips we have made 15 hours away for visitation that costs us $800.00 each trip.
