'sFather's Choice Father's Choice Ripped me off Peoria Arizona

I paid Fathers choice $845.00 to help file paperwork. They told me they would do the paperwork and file in the state Of Florida for me. This was not true. I was given 2 different case managers who rarely returned my phone calls. Scott Roper who was later terminated and Scott Williams who was also no longer with the company as of 10-22-08. I recieved my paperwork months after I was told I would. The documents were the same documents I pulled off the internet. I would call to speak to my case manager Scott Williams but would be given different numbers to call, all which were voicemails to other reps.

I finally spoke to a rep who told me Scott Williams was never a case manager. Not knowing this sooner, I sent my papers to the courts and paid additional fee's that were supposed to be included in the $845.00 as instructed only to find out that the court house information was incorrect and my documents with all my personal information, aswell as information reguarding my children were now lost.

I spoke with a deputy clerk in the state of Florida who also told me I was unable to file on my own unless I went thru there self help program which would cost me addtional money and should have been researched properly by Fathers choice. I feel as this this service did me no justice and want my money back!!!

I am devasted to read other reports reguarding Fathers Choice because I so despratley want my children back and know these other people needed help too.
