Unauthorized credit card charges

This is the second time this company has charged my account. The first time they charged 49.00 twice in one month and a whole bunch of 1.00 charges under different names they returned that money. Now they charged me 24.95 for some discount motels and resturaunts. I called the company on my bank statement was givin to a so called "supervisor" and they did not have the right address or phone number. Iwas told sorry about my luck basicly i asked to recieve hard copys with the buissness letter head and was told they have no such thing they wont send me anything. I changed my account but i want my money returned. 1.00 a month from a million people is a million dollars a month! This has got to be stopped. I will go as far as it takes. Sandra zwahlen, ks
