Iwin Whiteing
Sent email with free offer, then sent 2 whitening syringes and charged my credit card $88.97

Miscellaneous

Here is the communication from Iwin whitening.
They are ripping off they people that order the free sample. They will not take the product back. They gave false paper work to my credit card company. You can see the note where they offered to cut the bill to $34.99 or half of the first charge. They charged the full amount back to my card.
Thanks

Hi Customer Support
I have not used any of the products, the first 1 syringe intro offer has never been used also.
Thanks just tell me where to send the product and I will return all of it. Or refund all of the charges on my card. I will pay the shipping charges.
Thanks

The terms and conditions, which you were required to read and accept upon ordering clearly explained how the program works. If the terms and conditions were not agreed to, the website WOULD NOT process your order. We have thousands of customers who actually read these terms and conditions and either cancel their membership within the allowed time period, or choose to keep the product for many months.

Since there is no record of your cancellation within the 14 day allowed time period, what I can do for you is to let you keep the (2) extra refills and give you a refund of $34.99, which would be half of the total you were charged, minus shipping charges since we cannot refund those.

You received a charge of $88.97 because you did not cancel your account within the allowed 14 day trial period, as stated in our terms and conditions that you are required to read before purchasing. As stated in the terms and conditions, you have 14 days from your trial order to cancel or you will be sent another fresh 30 day supply of Advanced Bright for a total of $88.97. This is a continuity program for customers who like the product. Any customer who cancels within that 14 day period is removed from the continuity auto-shipment program and does not receive any further charges or shipments. Here is a direct link to our order page which contains the terms and conditions on the page above the Order button (https://www.advancedbright.com/order. Aspx). Please be advised that your order would not have been processed unless you agreed and accepted the terms and conditions.

You were cancelled so you will not receive any more products and will not incur any further charges from us.

Hi Iwin Whitening
I have a charge on my Master card for $88.97 dated 7-07 I did not authorize. I only ordered the trial and did NOT order the next shipment. I sent you a email to confirm this. I will protest this bill with my credit card company. Please let me know how you want me to ship back the Advanced bright i did not order.
