Advertising scam

This company is now advertised on the webpage of usacomplaints.com by google, which will send one to. This is a scam!

I ordered a 'free sample' of this company's product for 4.95. Two weeks later, my credit card was charged $97.88 without approval. When I called to cancel it, they said I signed an agreement to pay this amount each month for the product. Now here is the terms listed on the ad web-site:

"You must pay a shipping and handling fee of $4.95 or 3.99 if using promo code "younger" for us to send you a 30 day trial supply of DermaJuvenite. We ship the product the day after you place your order (except that orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday). We allow up to 4 days for you to receive the trial supply. Thus, in order for you to have 10 days to try the product, we consider the end date for your trial period to be 14 days after you place your order, which is 10 days plus 4 days for processing and transit.

If after your 14 Day Trial Period you wish to continue to receive DermaJuvenite, simply do nothing, and in approximately 30 days and continuing every 30 days thereafter (a Recurring Order), you'll be shipped out a fresh new 30 day supply of DermaJuvenite for the low VIP price of $79.35 per bottle with FREE shipping. So why I can not cancel it? This is a scam that needs to be shut down.
