Aca Collections Agency, aca Collections Agency/recoery Gangsta Collectors... Aaaaggghh

I did have a online payday loan. Due to unforseen circumstances I had my bank information stolen and it really messed me up. I did not intend for this debt to be unpaid. I got calls and tried to explain to them the situation but to no avail. Recently I received calls that threaten to garnish my wages. They stated my employer and payroll office have already been contact and they are moving forward. So I have to take part of my mortgage to try not to loose my job.

But the thing is when I got messages the name did not match up with the phone number. One number is 201-670-8851 and then was given a number of 800-356-3713. They are more gangsta than the credit card companies. If I'm not mistaken I thought you had to go through the court to get to this level. What can be done with these companies? I have really learned my lesson. Never again.
