Ripoff Ocwen is noting but a glorified collection agency?!?

As I had explained on a earlier post my mortgage was just recently reinstated on Saturday after being in foreclosure. When I called Ocwen on Saturday I finally reached a real person after leaving 6-7 messages with one of their "loan consulants", whom never returned my calls! The employee who reassured me my loan was reinstated and everything was up to date except for $100 and some for God only knows what??? I asked him if my loan would be in a regular department now and to get me out of their collections. He told me "It would still be in collections and that everyone's is." I then verified what he said back to him. That my mortgage is still in collections even though i am current. He agreed and said "it would stay there forever."

Has anyone else heard anything like this before? I thought it was a so called bank? It is nothing but a collection agency! Who would govern them? The FDCPA or the Office of Ocwen oh excuse me Thrift? How can a collection agency collect collection fees??? I guess that is another legal question... Robin, Marlene, other Ocwen victims do you have any comments on this one?
