Unlawfully, without consent added charges to my phone bill

I received mail in my mailbox for my son's girlfriend, who we employee in our seafood business. The letter was thanking her for choosing MTS and as a new member she is intitled to... Well, she called them up and let them have it! They siad "alright I havestopped and taken off the charges and credited your account." For one thing it isn't her account and doesn't have any authoriaztion in the phone bills matters. She would never okay anything... Much less this.

This is the second time it has happened to us. Last time it happened to my husband (same phone bill company). It was probaby the same people (company) with a different name. I am appauled that they can get away with this. People who just pay their bill without looking at it get taken.

Please people read your bills... All of them... So we can put a stop to these kind of corrupt idiots.
Oh yeah, I think they "offer" some kind of computer tech support.
